We ship to all mainland UK addresses. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Delivery fees:

Standard:             £3.49 – Royal Mail Second Class (2-3 business days)

First Class:           £4.99 – Royal Mail First Class (1-2 business days)

Priority:                £6.49 – Royal Mail 24 hour (Next day, tracked)

FREE First Class delivery is available for all orders over £35.

We offer a Click and Collect service from our Hunstanton address.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service, with tracking, to ensure that products are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we will do our best, amendments to your order cannot be guaranteed.
