In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure they are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.
Refunds are made by the same method used to place the initial order. Returns must be requested within 28 days of receipt.
When requesting a refund or return, please provide the following:
- Order number
- Details of the products you would like to return and reasons why
- Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
Cancellation
You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.
Force Majeure
Animal-Kind cannot be held responsible for failure to uphold our contractual obligations due to circumstances that are considered to be outside of our reasonable control. In this instance, we reserve the right to terminate the contract, either wholly or partially without liability to either party.
