Can I return a product if I am unhappy with it?
We hope that you will be really happy with your order but in the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure they are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.
Do your products contain palm oil?
We share your concerns about the use of palm oil and understand the devastating effect that mass deforestation has on wildlife. Whilst some of the products we sell do contain palm oil, we make it clear which ones are palm oil free and which use responsibly sourced, Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) approved palm oil.
Is everything vegan?
Yes, 100%! At Animal-Kind we believe in an animal-friendly future and ensure that all of our products are completely vegan friendly.
Is everything cruelty-free?
Yes, everything! At Animal-Kind we believe in an animal-friendly future and ensure that all of our products are cruelty-free. Animal-testing is cruel and completely unnecessary. Some products are certified by the Leaping Bunny Programme, some products are approved by PETA’s Beauty without Bunnies Programme. You’ll find details in the product information.
I live in Hunstanton/a surrounding area – how do I get free delivery?
If you live in Hunstanton or Heacham or have a PE36 postcode we offer free delivery for all orders. Simple click on the green banner at the top of the checkout page and enter the coupon code: pe36 which will remove any delivery charge. These orders are typically delivered by our team rather than a third-party delivery company and therefore these are usually made the next working day.
What does Click and Collect mean?
Some customers choose to collect their order in person from our Hunstanton address. Collections can ordinarily be made within 24 hours, at a date and time that suits you, between the hours of 8am and 8pm. The collection address is provided on confirmation of your order.
I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to amend it. Please note that we try to process orders within 24 hours so this may not be possible. Please email info@animal-kind.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.

You can also send a message on social media using either our Facebook or Instagram pages. If you’d like to speak to someone over the phone, please contact us with your name and phone number and we’ll call back as soon as possible. We always aim to call the same day.
Will my order be sent in plastic packaging?
At Animal-Kind we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our business and try to ensure that every decision we make is an ethical and environmentally concious one. We only use cardboard and paper packaging when sending your order and we promote the attributes of the products that we sell. For example, we’ve highlighted which products are packaged in post-consumer plastics and which products are 100% recyclable. As a company, we recycle and re-use everything we possibly can including all soft plastics which we take to our local recycling point. As a new, small, and independent business we’re learning all the time and will keep making improvements along the way so that we can continue to respect the environment and the planet, ultimately creating and contributing to a more animal-friendly future.
