LoofCo are on a mission to end the world’s reliance on mass-produced plastics that are harmful to the planet, our oceans and our environment. They harness the power of natural, sustainable products to offer a safe, effective eco-friendly alternatives to traditional cleaning items.

LoofCo produce a unique range of hand-crafted, eco-friendly personal care and household cleaning accessories made from natural and sustainable loofah and coconut plant fibres. LoofCo products are palm-oil free, plastic-free and 100% biodegradable. They are an excellent, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastic sponges, scourers and exfoliators. These durable, cost-effective loofahs will last for months and can be home composted when ready for disposal.

Loofah grows as a robust and vigorous vine that requires very little intervention. In the rare instance that intervention is required, only organic, natural, non-phosphorous pesticides are used. The Loofah used in LoofCo products is grown in Egypt and their coconut is farmed in Sri Lanka. They are harvested and produced using traditional farming methods that have been passed on from generation to generation. LoofCo insist that ethical and social responsibly is at the heart of everything they do. Their loofah and coconut is responsibly and sustainably farmed in inclusive workplaces that ensure the fair treatment of staff. LoofCo are Vegan Society registered.
