LoofCo are on a mission to end the world’s reliance on mass-produced plastics that are harmful to the planet, our oceans and our environment. They harness the power of natural, sustainable products to offer a safe, effective eco-friendly alternatives to traditional cleaning items.

LoofCo produce a unique range of hand-crafted, eco-friendly personal care and household cleaning accessories made from natural and sustainable loofah and coconut plant fibres. LoofCo products are palm-oil free, plastic-free and 100% biodegradable. They are an excellent, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastic sponges, scourers and exfoliators. These durable, cost-effective loofahs will last for months and can be home composted when ready for disposal.

Loofah grows as a robust and vigorous vine that requires very little intervention. In the rare instance that intervention is required, only organic, natural, non-phosphorous pesticides are used. The Loofah used in LoofCo products is grown in Egypt and their coconut is farmed in Sri Lanka. They are harvested and produced using traditional farming methods that have been passed on from generation to generation. LoofCo insist that ethical and social responsibly is at the heart of everything they do. Their loofah and coconut is responsibly and sustainably farmed in inclusive workplaces that ensure the fair treatment of staff. This includes benefits such as medical insurance and higher that average wages. LoofCo coconuts are not harvested by monkeys, as is common practice in some areas. They are Vegan Society registered.

Additionally, LoofCo also repurpose coconut fibres and husks discarded by the food and drink industry, preventing this ‘waste’ from going to landfill or being burnt.

These two powerful materials are not only renewable, they also absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere as they grow, having an additional positive impact on the environment.

Shipping

We ship to all mainland UK addresses. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Delivery fees are:

Standard:             £3.49 – Royal Mail Second Class (2-3 business days)

First Class:           £4.99 – Royal Mail First Class (1-2 business days)

Priority:                £6.49 – Royal Mail 24 hour (Next day, tracked)

We offer a Click and Collect service from our Hunstanton address.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service, with tracking, to ensure that products are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we will do our best, amendments to your order cannot be guaranteed.
