Faith in Nature was founded in the UK in 1974 as a natural, cruelty-free and vegan company and continues to be today. They are an independent company and all product are made in the UK, just outside of Manchester. At Faith in Nature, nature is at the very heart of everything they do, in fact, Nature is on the Board of directors. They have created a legally binding framework that puts the Rights of Nature. Impact on nature informs all decisions, including what ingredients and packaging to use.

Carbon-balanced

Faith in Nature are committed to sustainability and doing what is best for nature and the environment. They reduce their carbon emissions as much as possible and off-set those that are unavoidable through their partnership with the World Land Trust (WLT) in Guatemala.

Packaging

Faith in Nature’s 400ml bottles are made from recycled plastics and are completely recyclable, ensuring a commitment to using the plastic that has already been produced as much as possible.

Ingredients

Faith in Nature keep their ingredients to a minimum, aiming to be as effective and efficient as possible. Their products are packed with plant benefits that really work. Wherever possible, Faith in Nature use organic ingredients. Where this isn’t possible, they choose the best quality, most sustainable alterative. All formulations contain a minimum of 99% biodegradable ingredients.

Palm Oil

Faith in Nature say: “Believe us. We feel the same way you do about palm. But the reason palm is so widely used is because it’s so efficient. In other words, to produce the same amount of oil from, say, sunflowers would require twenty times the land-mass. That’s why in our list of 93 ingredients, 16 do contain palm derivatives across our 183 products. It's an incredibly complicated issue, which requires equally complicated solutions. We're working on them, and we're hopeful we'll come closer to solving this issue in the near future.”

Shipping

We ship to all mainland UK addresses. We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours and we pride ourselves on the fact that over 95% of orders we receive are on their way to you within this time frame.

All orders are tracked so you’ll receive updates about when your parcel will be delivered.

Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Delivery fees:

Standard:             £3.49 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (orders will arrive within 2-3 business days)

Priority:                £4.99 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (orders will arrive within 24 hours once dispatched)

Orders over £35 receive FREE Standard delivery. Customers can choose to upgrade to Priority delivery at the checkout.

We offer a Click and Collect service from our Hunstanton address.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service, with tracking, to ensure that products are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we will do our best, amendments to your order cannot be guaranteed.
