Astonish are a second-generation family business based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. They are dedicated to creating effective products that make cleaning easy. Astonish design, manufacture and package their entire line of over 60 products in their state-of-the-art, purpose-built factory.

Committed to reducing their carbon footprint, they work to keep the number of journeys required for product distribution to a minimum, combining trips where they can, to limit the impact on the environment. Astonish ultimately aim to have zero waste from their entire manufacturing process, they recycle and reuse all of their personal waste wherever possible.

Animal testing

Astonish believe that:

“Animal testing is unethical, practiced out of poor scientific information and is incomprehensible when the outcome of testing can be similar when conducted in safe measures on human skin.”

They have never tested on animals and never will do.

Palm Oil

Astonish do not purchase crude palm oil or palm kernel oil directly for use in any of their products but it is found in some of the vegetable soaps that are used as an ingredient in some of their products. All of the palm oil used in their vegetable soap ingredient is from RSPO certified sources.

Animal-Kind do not sell any of the Astonish products that contain crude palm oil or palm oil kernel.

Oxygen based bleaching agents, anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, perfume.

Whilst we work hard to ensure that the product information on our website is correct, manufacturers may adjust their product information and ingredients. Always consult the product packaging prior to using the product to be certain of the ingredients.

Shipping

We ship to all mainland UK addresses. We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours and we pride ourselves on the fact that over 95% of orders we receive are on their way to you within this time frame.

All orders are tracked so you’ll receive updates about when your parcel will be delivered.

Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Delivery fees:

Standard:             £3.49 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (orders will arrive within 2-3 business days)

Priority:                £4.99 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (orders will arrive within 24 hours once dispatched)

Orders over £35 receive FREE Standard delivery. Customers can choose to upgrade to Priority delivery at the checkout.

FREE local delivery to PE36 and Heacham postcodes. Use voucher code pe36 at checkout.

We offer a Click and Collect service from our Hunstanton address.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service, with tracking, to ensure that products are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we will do our best, amendments to your order cannot be guaranteed.
