We ship to all mainland UK addresses. We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours and we pride ourselves on the fact that over 95% of orders we receive are on their way to you within this time frame.

All orders are tracked so you’ll receive updates about when your parcel will be delivered.

Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Delivery fees:

Standard:             £3.49 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (orders will arrive within 2-3 business days)

Priority:                £4.99 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (orders will arrive within 24 hours once dispatched)

Orders over £35 receive FREE Standard delivery. Customers can choose to upgrade to Priority delivery at the checkout.

FREE local delivery to PE36 and Heacham postcodes. Use voucher code pe36 at checkout.

We offer a Click and Collect service from our Hunstanton address.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service, with tracking, to ensure that products are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we will do our best, amendments to your order cannot be guaranteed.

Noughty was founded by friends Rachel and Lorna in 2016. Their mission is to create natural, ethical and sustainable hair and body care products that are affordable without compromising on quality. And boy do they deliver!

Sustainability is at the heart of all every decision that Noughty makes. Through their partnership with CleanHub, Noughty are certified as plastic neutral and 100% of their packaging is sustainable and recyclable. All Noughty tubes, bottles and jars are made using bio-plastic sugarcane and post-consumer recycled plastic. The growth of sugarcane is renewable and works to remove carbon and offset Noughty’s emissions.

Their ingredients are always 97% natural. Why not 100%? Some ingredients occur naturally at levels that are so low, that using them would be unsustainable and detrimental to the environment. This means that Noughty occasionally use safe and sustainable, synthetic ingredients instead.

Noughty are B Corp certified. This accreditation recognises their exceptionally high standards for social and environmental awareness. They are one of just 5000 businesses globally with this accreditation and one of only 50 haircare brands. This certification reflects their commitment to developing the community, sourcing materials sustainably, ethically and responsibly and following Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) standards.

Noughty are vegan and cruelty free, certified by The Vegan Society and Cruelty Free International. They are free from silicone, parabens, sulphates and petrochemicals.
