Directions for use

Apply a pea sized amount of Lavera Basis Sensitiv Hand Cream to your hands and massage in. Repeat if required. Apply as needed throughout the day.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.
