Faith in Nature was founded in the UK in 1974 as a natural, cruelty-free and vegan company and continues to be today. They are an independent company and all products are made in the UK, just outside of Manchester. Faith in Nature are committed to sustainability and doing what is best for nature and the environment. They reduce their carbon emissions as much as possible and off-set those that are unavoidable through their partnership with the World Land Trust (WLT) in Guatemala.

Packaging

Faith in Nature’s 400ml bottles are made from recycled plastics and are completely recyclable, ensuring a commitment to using the plastic that has already been produced as much as possible.

Ingredients

Faith in Nature keep their ingredients to a minimum, aiming to be as effective and efficient as possible. Their products are packed with plant benefits that really work. Wherever possible, Faith in Nature use organic ingredients. Where this isn’t possible, they choose the best quality, most sustainable alterative. All formulations contain a minimum of 99% biodegradable ingredients.

Palm Oil

Faith in Nature say: “Believe us. We feel the same way you do about palm. But the reason palm is so widely used is because it’s so efficient. In other words, to produce the same amount of oil from, say, sunflowers would require twenty times the land-mass. That’s why in our list of 93 ingredients, 16 do contain palm derivatives across our 183 products. It's an incredibly complicated issue, which requires equally complicated solutions. We're working on them, and we're hopeful we'll come closer to solving this issue in the near future.”

Directions for use

Shampoo: Massage the Lavender and Geranium shampoo gently into wet hair, rinse thoroughly until hair is clean and repeat if required. For best results, follow with Faith in Nature’s Lavender and Geranium Conditioner.

Conditioner: After shampooing, apply Lavender and Geranium conditioner to damp hair, working it through to the ends. For best results leave on your hair for 5 minutes to allow it to soak into the strands, then rinse well with water until hair has no residue. Use with Faith in Nature’s Lavender and Geranium shampoo for ultimate hair invigoration.

Hand Wash: Apply to wet hands, massage hands together to create a lather, rinse off and dry thoroughly.

Body Wash: Suitable for frequent use in the bath or shower, or run under hot water for a luxurious bubble bath.

Hand and Body Lotion: Suitable for use all over body and hands. Massage into skin daily to hydrate and smooth. For naturally soft skin, apply liberally after using Faith in Nature hand and body washes.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service, with tracking, to ensure that products are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.
