Ecover Zero% Fabric Softener -Sensitive (1.43L)

Ecover are focused on helping the environment and the planet. Originally created after witnessing the devastating effects that phosphates were having on marine life, they are now fighting the catastrophic effects our ‘throw-away’ culture created by our reliance on single-use plastics. Ecover have created a ‘closed-loop’ system to recover and reuse as much plastic as possible and in doing so have started a refillution! Find out more here. Production

Ecover’s ecologically designed Belgian factory was built using over 90% recycled or renewable materials including reclaimed wooden beams and ‘eco’ bricks as opposed to steel and concrete and has a living green roof to improve insulation and benefit local wildlife. Currently 98% of their solid waste is diverted away from landfill and incineration but this is expected to be 100% in the very near future.

Ecover are dedicated to achieving a net zero carbon footprint, reducing their water footprint, and recycling or composting all of their waste. Working in partnership with WaterAid, Ecover have brought a safe and sustainable water supply to 14,000 people in Ethiopia in a two-year period and are supporting education projects to improve hygiene, sanitation and water access.

All fragrances are at least 50% naturally derived whilst the remaining synthetic components are always biodegradable and assessed against Ecovers environmental standards.

Palm Oil

All of the palm oil and palm kernel oil used by Ecover is certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), but their ultimate aim is to significantly reduce the need for palm oil in all of their products. As an example, their Ecover Laundry Fabric Softener now uses sustainable rapeseed oil from France which has reduced their palm oil use by roughly 200 tons a year as well as significantly reducing transport emissions.

Suppliers

Ecover have a strict Code of Conduct for their suppliers which outlines rigorous environmental and ethical standards. It includes regulations about working environments, waste management, fair working practices and no animal testing whatsoever.

We ship to all mainland UK addresses. We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours and we pride ourselves on the fact that over 95% of orders we receive are on their way to you within this time frame.

All orders are tracked so you’ll receive updates about when your parcel will be delivered.

Priority:                £4.99 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (orders will arrive within 24 hours once dispatched)

Orders over £35 receive FREE Standard delivery. Customers can choose to upgrade to Priority delivery at the checkout.

We offer a Click and Collect service from our Hunstanton address.

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a reliable shipping service, with tracking, to ensure that products are returned safely as we cannot be held responsible any damage caused during the return process. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened or used products. We are unable to accept returns as a result of deliveries being late or delayed.

Cancellation

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase providing the goods are returned unused, unopened and with their original packaging.
